Sustainability Policy

GreenPoint believes that operating our business sustainably is our commitment and responsibility that we owe to our employees, communities, customers, and the environment. Senior management empowers employees to contribute to our environmental goals and proactively embeds this policy into actions at every level of the organization.

Action Statement

GreenPoint’s dedication to operating our business sustainably has been a driving principle from its inception and includes:

  • Reducing operating expenses and improving productivity through deliberate resource conservation and waste reduction
  • Establishing healthy, collaborative, and innovative working conditions
  • Enabling our customers to become more sustainable through using our products and services and cultivating a culture of sustainability through awareness, education, and engagement.

GreenPoint is committed to:

  • Continue to create products and services to help employees and customers improve their sustainability efforts.
  • Encourage employees to commit to public transit and minimal-carbon commuting and decrease employee travel through initiatives such as ‘hybrid working’ and online internal and client meetings.
  • Use a combination of employee collaboration, learning sessions, and interactive activities to educate and engage employees about sustainability at home, at work, and in their communities.
  • Minimize the consumption of natural resources in daily operations, including water, paper, and electricity.
  • Appropriate disposal of trash, including e-waste, at authorized e-waste facilities.
  • Usage of energy-efficient appliances.
  • Report the results of our sustainability program at least once every fiscal year to employees, senior management, and other stakeholders.
  • Follow the sustainability policy rigorously to strengthen our operations and ensure long-term viability concerning risks, opportunities, procedures, governance, communications, and outcomes.

To ensure that GreenPoint accomplishes its stated sustainability goals, each employee, vendor, and visitor is expected to adhere to the principles above.
